Knowledge of young people - Maximising Impact Programme

As part of the Maximising Impact Programme, EYCA organised it’s yearly seminar exclusively dedicated to member organisations’ representatives. The aim of the seminar was to provide expertise and knowledge on a commonly agreed topic, which would further help members to improve the youth card services. Following a survey ran among members, the selected topic for upcoming MI Seminar is ‘Knowledge of young people’.

Participants explored general challenges in knowing the profile & consumer behaviour of young people in the digital era. More over strategies and which tools to adapt when communicating for and with young people where identified.

 By means of different workshops delivered by Sabrina Tarquini – Namahn, Juan Oliva – Market AAD, Sven de Coninck – Chase Belgium and Niek Godfroid – MediaRaven, participants broadened their knowledge on how to engage young people in designing sustainable services for cardholders whilst introducing innovative hands on methodologies when designing youth-cantered services for cardholders.
